I didn’t know how much of an “amphibian person” I was until I started keeping them! I always thought I was more of a reptile girl. My axolotl, Bubbles (pictured above), was my first pet amphibian. Since him, I now keep a total of 4 axolotls, and have raised and rescued, then rehomed, many more. I also have a White’s tree frog who I absolutely adore, and I am, slowly, working on building out my first dart frog enclosure.
